My friend suggested this…method of carb cycling, so I thought I would give it a try. Not only does having the opportunity to “indulge” once a week really help me stay focused, but the pounds have been coming off, even though I’ve cut back on my workouts! I’m hooked!


It’s been 4 months now for me, doing the Carb cycling. I am still losing weight! First time in my life that i didn’t gain over the holidays! I also achieved my ideal weight which is on the low 140's! Thank you Chris Powell!


Tomorrow marks my second Sunday Funday since I started carb cycling. I have lost 9.8 pounds so far! This has been beyond easy, beyond my wildest dreams. This lifestyle diet WORKS! For the record, I'm 46, and I've been holding onto an additional 30 pounds for the last 3 years. 1/3 down!


I've been on this diet for 6 weeks, and I've lost 6 pounds. That's great considering I've not lost 6 pounds in the last 6 years! This diet has really changed my metabolism, I feel much better, I've reduced my portion sizes, and I've started to exercise. The exercise is minimal due to arthritic knees, but I'm trying to work around that and still get moving. I would like to lose 40 pounds in total, and I think I'll be able to stick to this in order to do that.

This "diet" can't even really be classified as a diet since you are eating real food and not restricted or forced to buy any crazy products or eat crazy meals. I had great success with this eating plan-- as someone who gains all of their weight in the middle, the belly fat just melted away. The first week I lost 5 pounds and over a period of 3 months was able to shed 17 lbs.-- all while eating normal food and enjoying one cheat day each week. The best success I've had with any product or plan.
