TRANSFORMING
THE WORLD

Hi, I’m Chris

I found fitness as a scrawny, 14-year-old kid. After years of being the “smallest kid in class,” and the fair share of bullying that came along with it, I came home from school one day to find that my parents had cleared out the living room furniture and put a weight set in the middle of the room.

At first I didn’t know what to do, but I began challenging myself every day after school to try to lift heavier and heavier weights. A month in, I was looking in the mirror and actually noticed a change. That was it. I was hooked. Although I was still small, I was stronger and faster, and I realized for the first time that I DO have control over my body. Fitness gave me my power back, and I wanted to share it with the world.

I turned my passion for fitness into a degree in Exercise Science with concentrations in biomechanics and physiology as well as the training accreditation, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I am a perpetual student and continue to learn, earning a number of certifications over the years from some of the world’s top nutrition and fitness organizations: NASM, CrossFit, Precision Nutrition, and more.

Life has been a roller coaster. I have dealt with severe struggles, life-changing injuries, opiate addiction, autoimmune disease, financial ruin, homelessness, and heartbreak. And on the flip side, I have felt some of the most beautiful experiences a human being can experience: Service, love, teamwork, parenthood, travel and discovery, and a lifetime of bucket list experiences covered in just a few short decades.

Along the way, I have been blessed with opportunities to share my passion for health and fitness—as well as the lessons I have learned in life—with the world. I helped create and host ABC’s hit documentary-style series, Extreme Weight Loss, which has aired in over 140 countries around the world! I also wrote two New York Times Best Selling books, and I have had the opportunity to be a regular contributor on national shows including Good Morning America, The Dr. Oz Show, The Doctors, The View, and many more. I have also been a regular writer for numerous national publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and Women’s Health.

Like I said, it has been a wild ride. But through it all, I have found my purpose. I am here because I am on a lifelong mission to eradicate weight-related suffering from humanity. I have committed my life to creating programs, products, and services to help everyone live happier and healthier lives.

And I’m just getting started.
