WISN 12 announces a casting call for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition on Saturday, Feb. 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Dave and Busters, 2201 N. Mayfair Road., in Wauwatosa. The show’s producers have selected Milwaukee as part of a nine-city, nationwide search to find participants for season three of the reality show. Anyone interested in applying must attend the open call on Feb. 18 or send in a home tape.
Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition documents the amazing makeovers of eight “super obese” individuals who set out to safely lose half of their bodyweight over the course of one year. The term ?super obese? is used to define those who exceed their estimated ideal weight by approximately 225 percent and who are roughly 200 pounds or more overweight.
